REPAYMENT

Reimbursement of Goods 

We accept refund requests on our site for products that meet any of the following requirements.

• The item is broken or damaged on delivery

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of your goods

Refunds do not apply to the following items:

• Custom items made to order

• Return in good condition

• No traces of use

• Accompanied by their accessories

 

RETURNS

Please follow this procedure to return your items by post

• Pack your items and affix the return label that was included in your package

• Review them by mail

• Shipping costs remain your responsibility.

Olivia OLYMPIO or any of its employees will be held responsible for any issues arising from this site.
